Returns or complaints are no problem for us. Despite the utmost care, it is unfortunately inevitable that orders do not turn out as expected. However, you can be assured that we will take care of every problem and process your request as quickly as possible. Of course, you have a 100% right of return within 14 days. If a product does not fit or you do not like it, you can return it, exchange it or cancel your order within this period of receipt and we will transfer your money back to you.

General information on returns
- If you have a complaint, material defect or incorrect delivery, please contact us in advance using our contact form.
- Using our returns portal, you can download and print out a DHL parcel label within Germany. This will be sent to you with a 5€ (incl. VAT) and deducted from your refund amount to be transferred.

- If you prefer to have the purchase amount credited to your customer account or if you would like to exchange an item, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.
- Refunds are made automatically via the payment method you selected. For deliveries by bank transfer, cash on delivery or direct debit, we need your bank details.
- Please contact us if the shipping costs for the return seem disproportionately high.
- Please send us the goods back in their original packaging and complete.
Procedure for a return:
1. Declare your cancellation clearly within 14 days of receiving your order informally by telephone or in writing using the contact form, email or by letter. If you want to cancel the contract, you are welcome to use our pre-made cancellation form:

3. Send the goods back to us with sufficient postage and in separate packaging that protects them from transport damage. This way you can avoid a loss of value in the worst case scenario. For the return, we leave it up to you which shipping service provider you would like to use to send your shipment back to us. If you ship with DHL, you are welcome to use our DHL returns portal:
