Requirements
- Affinity to the snowboard scene required
- basic know-how and interest in snowboarding
- Fun selling
- Positive and friendly demeanor towards customers and employees
- Good diction on the phone
- Stress resistance during high season (November-February)
- Solution-oriented independent thinking
- Good computer skills (Windows, MS Office)
- Good language skills in DE, EN, spoken and written
Training to become a retail clerk
Tasks
- Active sales and advice
- Customer service, after sales service
- Equipment of the showroom
- Processing of customer complaints
- Cash balance/cash balances/error analysis
- Cleanliness and order of the sales area and the workplace
- Support in shipping the online shop
- Stock maintenance of the range
Requirements
- Affinity to the snowboard scene required
