Introducing the first ski resort splitboard, the Nitro Team Splitboard is a versatile splitboard that riders can use on and off piste. The concept is simple: a splitboard that rides like a regular snowboard, with the ability to reach the distant peaks with speed and ease.
The new Nitro Team splitboard allows everyone to enjoy normal skiing days in the resort on a comfortable and versatile snowboard, but with the added benefit of being able to go beyond the marked slopes climb to the distant peaks if you wish. Team splitboarders can also get out of the area on a busy weekend and hit the backcountry in search of fresh pow slopes and new views. The dual degressive sidecut, directional twin shape and progressive widths make this board feel like a regular resort cruiser. At the same time, the True Camber and the standard core profile provide the right kick and the necessary support for tours and descents. Equipped with Nitro's robust tail and tip locks, forged T7075 aluminum hooks and the Nitro x Kohla holes so you can switch to splitboarding hike mode at any time. All you have to remember is to have your backcountry gear and custom Nitro x Kohla Peak skins in your pack. In the past you had to decide whether you wanted to buy a new splitboard or a normal snowboard.
